Data sources and CSV import

Where company data comes from, how duplicates are caught and scores explained.

CSV import

Import companies and contacts as CSV. Duplicates are matched by domain and name and not created twice.

For contacts you can include columns for legal basis, channel and consent date. Rows without valid details are imported but not marked as eligible.

External data providers are connected per installation. Every fact carries its source and retrieval date; the platform never invents contacts.

Every company gets a fit score from 0 to 100 with reasons and evidence. You can correct details; the correction stays visible in the history.
