Approvals and contact eligibility
What is checked before every message and how unsubscribes work.
Approval
Before approving you see the number of eligible recipients, the expected cost, the sequence steps, the sending window and the stop rules.
If the copy or the recipient list changes afterwards, the approval expires and has to be given again.
Contact eligibility
For every contact and channel a legal basis is documented, for example consent or an existing customer relationship. The country rules for Germany, Austria and Switzerland are checked again right before each message is sent.
Unsubscribes and suppression lists
Every e-mail contains an unsubscribe link according to RFC 8058. An unsubscribe applies at once: the contact is blocked and pending messages to that address are stopped.
